Discover Arctic beauty and Sámi culture on a day trip from Tromsø to Skibotn. Transfer from Tromsø included. Meet reindeer, enjoy traditional storytelling and joik, and relax with local food and warm hospitality.

Discover Sámi culture during an atmospheric visit to a traditional lavvu (Sámi tent). Enjoy storytelling and joik performances by Sámi hosts dressed in traditional kofte, offering an authentic insight into Sámi heritage.

Warm up by the fire with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of hot and cold drinks while learning about Sámi history and traditions.

Just outside the lavvu, meet our friendly reindeer—step into the enclosure to pet and feed them, and capture memorable photos.

After the reindeer encounter, enjoy an authentic Norwegian lunch in our Sámi-themed restaurant.

You’ll then have around two hours of free time to relax in the lounge or explore the surroundings before returning to Tromsø.

Transport:

Departure: 09:00 from Tromsø Bus Terminal (Prostneset). Please arrive by 08:45.

Look for the red Arctic Route bus marked with the “Arctic Route” logo (route towards Storslett).

Arrival: Skibotn Hotel around 10:50.

Return: Departure from Lyngenfjord Hotel in Skibotn at 15:35, arriving back in Tromsø around 17:35.

Round-trip transportation with Arctic Route is included in the price, and the journey offers stunning views of Northern Norway’s beautiful Arctic landscapes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel or change your reservation, you need to contact Visit Lyngenfjord AS (Not the supplier!) to cancel or change your booking.

Please also note that in case of cancelation the following fees apply:
•Cancellation can be made until 30 days before arrival with 100 % refund
•Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival will be made with 75 % refund
•Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival will be made with 50 % refund
•Cancellation less than 6 days before arrival will not be refunded.

A change from your booking is regarded as a cancellation.

Magic Tromsø will not be held liable for any last-minute
cancellation/change made by the tour provider. For cancellation and
change requests, please contact the company directly. Details are
