With 20 years of experience chasing the Northern Lights in Tromsø, we know the area by heart. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The booking system can handle reservations for up to 9 participants. You may order evening tours until 18:00 the same day as the tour, while most day or morning activities needs to be booked before 16:00 the day before the tour. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation with a booking number. We recommend all our customers to print this confirmation and bring it on the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date/tour date.

• 50% of the total amount is refounded for cancellation made 7-14 days prior to the arrival date/ tour date.

•No refound is provided for cansellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date/tour date.

In order to cancel the tour please send us an email directly to the provider (see their contact details in your confirmation email) Time of the cancellation will be taken from the time when we receive the email.   

 

Magic Tromsø will not be held liable for any last-minute cancellation/change made by the tour provider. For cancellation and change requests, please contact the company directly. Details are provided in the confirmation email.
