Northern Lights Dinner Cruise

 
 

Northern Lights from the seaside is a special and very beautiful sight. Light-pollution disappears literally into the black sea. We keep ourselves in protected waters, and find the best place for aurora activity. During a winter season we have around 80% score on the lights, and then we see it with the naked eye, not only through camera. A maximum of 12 guests per trip provides a social, homeley and cozy atmosphere. We live on board in the winter time ourselves.  AS an added bonus you get with an amazing good view of Tromsø area by night. Local skippers and crew with great knowledge and years of experience will make this an extra memorable trip.

We are pleased to help with photography tips. A traditional homemade fish meal of the best quality, and hot drinks are included. Other food must be orderd in advance.

We can proudly introduce ourselves as pioneers of winter tourism by boat in Tromso.  Maximum 12 guests per trip provides a social and pleasant mood. 

We take security seriously and have annual inspections of boats and equipment. All our passengers are well insured on board. 

Remember to show up in good time, we prefer 15 minutes before departure. There is a map on the booking site. Check up your meeting point in good time before departure, which is at 8:30 pm at the outer floating Jetty on the north side of Scandic Ishavshotel. There is an entress to that Jetty at the end of the hotel closest to the open sea. You meet at the catamaran Havcruise (red and white).  We will not be able to wait more than 5 minutes after departure time.

‍Adults 1500 NOK / Children up to 12 years old, half price

Cancellations

If the client cancels the booking at latest 30 days before the date of the tour, 100 % of the whole sum will be returned.

If cancellation takes place less than 14 days before tour date, the Company will keep 50% of the paid sum, to cover lost profit and other costs.

If cancellation takes place less than 7 days before date of tour, the Company will keep the whole sum.

In case of acute illness 75 % of the whole sum will be returned to the client by proof of a Medical certificate, without any time limit. If the tour will be cancelled by fault of the Company (unless weather conditions), 100 % of the whole sum will be returned. If bad weather conditions (very strong wind and big waves)it is a possibility to set another date for the trip if free capacity, or we will find an alternative way to organize the trip. If not we will pay you back the whole amount.

The clients are only insured on board MB Havcruise which means they are not insured before or after they have entered/left the vessel.

Magic Tromsø will not be held liable for any last-minute
cancellation/change made by the tour provider. For cancellation and

The 30 days cancellation policy doesn't apply unless the provider is contacted directly.
